The
company wine-makes only the grapes growed in its vineyards, to keep
track, from the first stages, itsproduction and address it to the
pre-estabilished objectives. The grape harvest is totally done by
hand in a differed way (in different moments, to obtain the better
bunches growth) and the grapes are carried to the cellar. First
of all, the more precocious varieties like Incrocio Manzoni, Chardonnay,
Sauvignon and Riesling, are harvested; then the Prosecco and Verdisos
ones. At last the red berry cultivar are harvested.
